Without a doubt, the reason for being of Best Hotels is the satisfaction of our clients. That is why we are strongly committed to continuous improvement processes, always thinking of the maximum comfort and well-being of our guests, and with the aim of continuing to be a benchmark in terms of quality and good work. Thus, we know that only with establishments in perfect condition, with innovative services such as the Splash-type pools that we are incorporating in several hotels, in addition to training and retaining our human team, will we ensure that our clients enjoy unforgettable stays.

In total, since 2017 the company has fully refurbished 21 hotels and more than 7,000 rooms. In addition to the 13 on the Costa Dorada, the renovated establishments have been: Best Semiramis and Best Tenerife, both in Tenerife; Best Delta in Majorca; Best Siroco in Costa del Sol; Best Indalo, Best Pueblo Indalo and Best Sabinal, on the Costa de AlmerĆ­a and the Best Autohogar in Barcelona. In addition, in this period, Best Hotels has added more than 1,200 rooms in new hotels.

In recent years, the quality standard of Best Hotels has also been raised considerably. Thanks to comprehensive reforms and improvements in our hotels, we have increased a dozen establishments from 3 to 4 stars.

We are working to implement the Biosphere Sustainable certificate for Hotels during 2022 and 2023 to our entire hotel plant.
