We know that your best friend is very important to you but, due to hygiene and security reasons in our hotels and apartments, pets are not allowed.

Our prices change depending on the rooms we have available at the time. In general, prices rise as the date of your trip approaches, so we recommend that you book your next holidays as soon as possible.

IS THERE WIFI IN ALL THE HOTELS?
Yes, in all our hotels you can enjoy free WiFi.
HOW CAN I CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RESERVATION?
If you have booked through our website, in the upper right part of the web you will find the section "My reservations" where, with your email and the booking number, you can confirm that everything is ready for your stay.
WHAT IS THE HOTEL'S CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME?
Depending on the hotel, check-in/check-out times may vary. Within the web page of each Hotel, in the section "Services" click where it says "Reception 24h" and it will show the exact times.
As a general rule, the Check-In is from 14:00 and the Check-Out must be done before 12:00
If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy the common areas of the Hotel.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
If your reservation is not a "non-refundable" one, you have up to 48 hours before the arrival to cancel without fees.

If the reservation has been made through a travel agency or another website, you must contact them to manage the cancellation of your booking.
DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR GROUPS?
Do you travel in group? Are you going to celebrate your wedding in one of our destinations and you need a hotel to host your guests? Looking for a hotel in where to organize your company event?
For reservations of more than 25 people, or special events, our group department offers a fully personalized service.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED AT HOTEL'S CHECK IN?
Upon arrival at the hotel you must present your booking voucher, either printed on paper or on the screen of a mobile device, and the documentation (ID, passport ...) of all passengers
ON THE LAST DAY, CAN I LEAVE THE ROOM LATER?
It is possible to keep the room after 12:00 on your check-out day (Late Check-Out) This service is subject to availability (check with reception the day before departure) and may carry additional supplements.
CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

If the reservation has been made through a travel agency or other web page, you must contact them in order to request any modification you may need.
CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR MY RESERVATION?
Of course! If you have any preference regarding the views, location of the room inside the hotel, distribution of the beds, or any other subject relating to your reservation, you must contact the reception directly. You will find the contact details on the page of each Hotel.
Whenever possible, our reception team will do everything in their power to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, but we can not guarantee the requests.

WHAT DES "NON-REFUNDABLE RATE" MEAN?
By choosing a NON-REFUNDABLE rate you can benefit from up to 10% discount!
The total amount of this reservation must be paid in advance.
This rate does not allow changes, modifications or refunds.

Almost all of our hotels have a mini fridge, or minibar, in the rooms.
In some cases, the availability of a refrigerator may involve some kind of additional fees.

Yes, all our rooms have hair dryers.
IS THERE A SAFE IN ROOMS?
Yes, all our hotels and apartments have a safe in the room.
In most establishments this service is free, but in some it may involve an additional charge or the payment of a deposit.

UP TO WHAT AGE ARE CONSIDERED CHILDREN?
Children under 2 years old are considered babies and do not pay as guests.
From 2 years to 12, they are considered children and pay as such.
From age 13 count as an adult and pay the full price (except for Best Delta, where the age of children is extended to 15 years)
Remember to always inform the age of children at the time of booking
Minors (up to 18 years old) are not allowed to stay without the protection of an adult.
HOW CAN I RESERVE A BABY COT? DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?
Our hotels have free cribs for your baby.

DO YOU HAVE FOOD FOR BABIES IN THE RESTAURANT?
Although we do not prepare specific meals for babies, we can offer you the possibility to grind any food that is in the buffet so you can prepare delicious purees for the little ones of the family.

DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL ENTERTAINMENT FOR CHILDREN?
At Best Hotels we ensure that the little ones enjoy the holidays they deserve with our children's entertainment programs.
We prepare activities throughout the day, adapted to different ages, in the company of our mascot "HUGO" our friendly dragon that is present in almost all the holiday hotels: includes Mini Clubs (check ages of these services at each hotel), activities adapted to little ones and pool games, crafts, mini disco, musica shows, sports, recycling workshops, makeup, drama, etc.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE HOTELS?
With some exceptions *, all of our hotels have parking, either covered or discovered.
The price can range between € 5 and € 18 depending on hotel and season, remember that with your Club Best card a discount of 50% on the price of parking will be applied.
This service is free at Best Pueblo Indalo for reservations made through the Best Hotels website.
* Parking not available in Hotel Oasis Park, Best Terramarina, Best Tenerife and Best Aranea. Parking for Best Mojacar is located at Best Oasis Tropcal
WHICH IS THE TIMETABLE OF THE RESTAURANT?

I HAVE A RESERVATION IN HALF BOARD OR FULL BOARD BASIS, ARE DRINKS INCLUDED?
No, drinks are not included in the half board or full board basis.
In addition, many of our hotels offer the option of All Inclusive , you can check the All Inclusive hotels by calling our reservation center or by clicking HERE
CAN I EAT AT THE RESTAURANT ALTHOUGH I DO NOT HAVE IT INCLUDED?
Our restaurants are open to everyone, even if you do not have a meal included you can enjoy the buffet by paying it separately.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN-FREE AND OTHER ALLERGENS-FREE MEALS ?
Yes, our restaurants have the possibility to prepare special foods for people with allergies, intolerances and other special needs.

IS THERE ANY DRESS STANDARD / DRESS CODE IN THE RESTAURANT?
Yes, for the dinner service in the hotel's buffet restaurant, formal dress is required : long pants or formal bermuda short for men.
Sports garments, swimsuits, beachwear or similar are not allowed at dinner
