We are looking for a Reception Assistant in Málaga for Best Hotels

What Will You Do in This Role?

• Reception Assistance: You will support the reception, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and attended to from their arrival.
• Check-in and Check-out Management: You will help with the check-in and check-out process, always with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Customer Service: You will respond to inquiries and provide useful information about the hotel services and local attractions.
• Reservation Support: You will assist in managing reservations and confirming details accurately.
• Internal Communication: You will collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for guests.
• Administrative Tasks: You will perform various administrative tasks, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly.

What We Look for in You:

• Education and Experience: FP or related studies in Tourism.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests.
• Languages: Fluent English for proper communication with guests. German or French is a plus.
• Residence: Province of Málaga.
• Organization and Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility and availability.
