Receptionist for Best Cambrils

Best Hotels needs to recruit a professional with proven experience as a night receptionist.

DEPENDING ON:
Head of reception, a night receptionist is required for the Costa Dorada (Hotel Best Cambrils).

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Reception department attention during the night.
• Carrying out check-in/check-out processes.
• Carrying out all administrative processes for the shift (lists, cash control, etc.).
• Customer service.
• Management and resolution of complaints and incidents that arise during your work shift.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the functions specified above is required.

REQUIRED TRAINING:

• Training in tourism will be valued.
• Medium-high knowledge of English is essential.
• Knowledge of German will be valued.
