  • What does the flight + hotel package include?
    Includes round-trip flights from your home city to your chosen destination, as well as accommodations in one of our hotels.
  • Can I customize my package?
    No. The packages are pre-designed and do not allow changes to dates, flights, or hotels.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or modify my reservation?
    A nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking. Additional fees may apply depending on hotel policy.
  • Can I pay in installments?
    Yes. When booking, you only pay a deposit. The remainder is paid directly to the hotel upon check-in.
  • How will I receive confirmation?
    We'll send you confirmation by email. In some cases, you'll receive a second email with information from the airline.
  • What documents do I need to travel?
    It will depend on the destination and your nationality. Usually, an ID, passport, or visa is required. Check the requirements before traveling.
  • What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
    You'll have a support contact in your booking confirmation to handle any issues.
  • Can I add extras such as transfers or excursions?
    Yes. You can add the available additional services during the booking process.
  • Can I book for several people?
    Yes, you can book for multiple people in a single transaction (up to 9 passengers per transaction on flights).
