What We’re Looking for in You:
• Education and Experience: Degree in Engineering (industrial, installations, energy, or similar). Previous experience in the hotel industry or tertiary building projects is a plus.
• Management Skills: Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise construction works and technical installations (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, renewable energy).
• Interpersonal Skills: Good communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with architects, construction technicians, and suppliers.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of current regulations (RITE, REBT, CTE), technical software (AutoCAD, Presto, BIM, etc.), and experience in energy efficiency and maintenance.
• Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with applicable building regulations and the ability to handle administrative procedures with public authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Organization and Precision: Attention to detail, technical rigor, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various locations based on project needs.

What Will You Do in This Role?
• Technical Project Supervision: You will oversee the proper execution of installations in new construction and renovation projects.
• Installation Management: You will participate in the design, review, and validation of electrical, thermal, sanitary, and energy efficiency projects.
• Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure that technical solutions comply with legal requirements and company standards.
• Technical Support for Hotels: You will collaborate with hotel maintenance teams, offering technical solutions and improvements for existing installations.
• Cost Optimization: You will seek more efficient and sustainable alternatives, ensuring operational profitability without compromising quality.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: You will work closely with architects, interior designers, suppliers, and project management to achieve coherent and innovative results.
• Promoting Sustainability: You will apply environmentally-friendly solutions aligned with our Biosphere Sustainable commitments and other certifications.
