We Are Looking for a Reception Assistant

What We Are Looking For:
• Experience: Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service will be valued.
• Education: Studies in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Languages: Upper-intermediate level of English (additional languages will be an asset).
• IT Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
• Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Main Responsibilities:
• Guest Service: Welcome, assist, and provide information to guests throughout their stay.
• Check-in and Check-out: Manage arrivals and departures, including room allocation.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle reservations, billing, and payments.
• Information and Assistance: Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Internal Coordination: Maintain constant communication with other departments to ensure excellent service.
