What We Are Looking For in You:
• Experience: Previous experience in facilities maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or HVAC will be valued.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance in hotel facilities.
• Education: Vocational training related to maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or similar (preferred).
• Proactive Attitude: Resourceful person with initiative and willingness to learn.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other hotel departments.
• Responsibility: Commitment to maintaining facilities in proper and safe condition.
• Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational needs.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Preventive Maintenance: Support regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Corrective Maintenance: Assist in repairing technical issues in guest rooms and common areas.
• Equipment Checks: Help ensure the proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Operational Support: Respond to maintenance requests reported by reception or other departments.
• Facility Upkeep: Contribute to maintaining the overall condition of the hotel, ensuring comfort and safety for guests.
