What We Look For in You:
• Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or HVAC will be valued.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic notions of preventive and corrective maintenance in hotel facilities.
• Education: Vocational training related to maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or similar (valuable).
• Proactive Attitude: A decisive person with initiative and a desire to learn.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other departments of the hotel.
• Responsibility: Commitment to the proper condition of the facilities and safety.
• Flexibility: Availability to work in shifts, on weekends, and holidays according to service needs.
What You Will Do in This Role:
• Preventive Maintenance: Support the periodic review of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Corrective Maintenance: Collaborate in repairing technical incidents in rooms and common areas.
• Equipment Review: Supervise the correct operation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Operational Support: Attend to incidents reported by reception or other departments.
• Facility Conservation: Contribute to the good general condition of the hotel, ensuring comfort and safety for guests.
