What We Are Looking For in You:
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar role within the food and beverage area.
• Education: Vocational training in Restaurant Services or similar studies.
• Languages: Fluent English required to communicate effectively with guests. Additional languages are a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organization and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
• Positive Attitude: Proactive, solution-oriented, and service-focused personality.
• Responsibility: Ability to work independently while supporting the Bar Manager.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Guest Service: Provide professional food and beverage service while advising guests on menu options and ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Billing and Payments: Handle point-of-sale billing, payments, and cash reconciliation.
• Service Supervision: Coordinate and supervise bar operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Team Support: Assist the Bar Manager in organizing and training the bar team.
• Inventory Control: Support inventory management and stock control for the department.
• Operational Coordination: Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Incident Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or issues quickly and professionally.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are followed at all times.
