• Technical Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments.
• Knowledge in: Electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, carpentry, or general maintenance.
• Proactivity: Ability to identify and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Teamwork: Good communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and other departments.
• Commitment: Attention to detail, responsibility, and focus on offering a quality service.
• Flexibility: Availability to work in rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays according to hotel needs.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Execute tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities.
• Equipment Review: Inspect, repair, and maintain technical equipment such as boilers, electrical and air conditioning systems.
• Operational Support: Attend to incidents reported by clients or internal departments quickly and effectively.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Facility Conservation: Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the common areas and hotel rooms.
