What We Are Looking for in You:
• Education and Experience: Previous experience in hotel front office operations, preferably in supervisory roles or as an Assistant Front Office Manager. A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is highly valued.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to support and coordinate the front office team, fostering a motivated and efficient work environment.
• Guest-Oriented Mindset: Strong service orientation with the ability to handle complaints, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly approach.
• Languages: High level of Spanish and English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Organization and Proactivity: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and anticipate operational needs.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Technical Skills: Experience with hotel PMS systems and front office management tools.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Support to the Front Office Manager: Work closely with the Front Office Manager in organizing and supervising department operations.
• Operational Management: Ensure the smooth running of front desk shifts, delivering efficient and high-quality service.
• Guest Service Excellence: Guarantee an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure, managing incidents and special requests.
• Team Coordination: Support training, motivation, and performance monitoring of the front office team.
• Administrative Duties: Oversee reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, billing, and shift closures.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
