What We’re Looking For:
• Previous Experience: At least 1 year in similar roles, especially in night service, reception, or surveillance.
• Languages: Hospitality-level English is required. Additional languages are a plus for personalized service.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge. Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
• Attitude and Core Competencies:
– Proactive and quick problem-solver.
– Friendly and courteous with excellent customer service skills.
– Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and service orientation.
– Able to work independently during overnight shifts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome, assist, and guide guests during night check-in and check-out.
• Perform security rounds to ensure safety and proper maintenance of hotel facilities.
• Support the night receptionist with basic front desk tasks, phone handling, and incident management.
• Be the point of contact for urgent guest needs or inquiries outside regular hours.
• Ensure everything is prepared for a smooth morning shift handover.
