What We Search for in You:
• Academic Background: Vocational Training in Accounting Management or similar.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in similar roles, preferably in the tourism or hotel sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficient use of office tools (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
• Communication: Someone accustomed to fluid internal communication with different departments.
• Proactive Attitude: Entrepreneurial profile, with initiative and a willingness to improve processes.
• Teamwork: Collaborative spirit, with ease in integrating and contributing to the group.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Accounting: Daily recording of supplier invoices and other accounting operations.
• Bank Reconciliations: Periodic review and reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Treasury Management: Preparation and control of collection and payment remittances.
• Internal Control: Daily cash reconciliation and data uploading from the management software.
• Archiving and Documentation: Organization and filing of all documentation related to hotel operations.
