What We’re Looking for in You:
Education and Experience: One year of previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but most important is your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
Languages: Proficiency in English to hold fluent conversations. Other languages are a plus.
Positive Attitude: Friendly, proactive, and always willing to help.
Organization and Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Autonomy and Responsibility: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the night shift.

What Will You Do in This Role?
Reception and Security: You will be the first friendly face our guests see when arriving at night, ensuring they feel welcome and safe.
Check-in and Check-out Management: Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently, always with a professional attitude.
Guest Assistance and Information: Provide useful information about hotel services and handle any guest inquiries during the night.
Supervision and Coordination: Work closely with other departments and ensure the hotel runs smoothly overnight.
Billing and Night Audit: Responsible for billing, payment management, and reviewing daily transactions to ensure accurate records.
Incident Management: Resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during the night quickly and effectively.
