What We Are Looking For in You:
• Education and Experience: At least one year of previous experience in hotel reception or customer service (preferred).
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
• Languages: Good command of English to maintain a fluent conversation. Additional languages are a plus.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented personality.
• Organization and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
• Flexibility: Availability to work afternoon shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsibility: Commitment to service quality and the hotel’s professional image.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Reception and Guest Welcome: Be one of the main points of contact for our guests during the afternoon shift, ensuring a professional and friendly service.
• Check-in and Check-out Management: Handle arrivals and departures efficiently and courteously.
• Assistance and Information: Provide information about hotel services and recommendations about the city.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Administrative Tasks: Support billing, payments, and reservation management.
• Incident Handling: Address and resolve any guest needs or issues that may arise during the afternoon shift.
