Profile We Are Looking For:
• Experience: At least 2 years as a Pastry Chef in hotels, restaurants, or high-volume catering operations.
• Education: Studies in Pastry, Baking, or Culinary Arts.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong skills in preparing desserts, pastries, doughs, cakes, and both traditional and international baked goods.
• Organization and Production: Ability to plan daily production according to occupancy and service needs.
• Food Safety Regulations: Knowledge and compliance with HACCP standards.
Professional Competencies:
• Creativity: Ability to innovate and present attractive, high-quality products.
• Precision and Attention to Detail: Care in finishing, presentation, and recipe standardization.
• Teamwork: Coordination with the kitchen and buffet team.
• Time Management: Efficiency in task organization and meeting deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
• Dessert Preparation: Daily preparation of desserts for buffet, restaurant, and events.
• Bakery Production: Preparation of pastries, cakes, doughs, and sweet specialties.
• Planning: Organize production according to occupancy forecasts.
• Raw Material Control: Manage stock, storage, and proper use of ingredients.
• Compliance: Ensure hygiene, order, and food safety standards in the work area.
