What We Look For in You:
• Attitude and Motivation: A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and support the waiter/waitress team.
• Customer Orientation: Ability to deliver outstanding service and meet guest needs.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with the team and guests in multiple languages. Fluent English is required and a second language is a plus.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and other departments.
• Commitment to Quality: Attention to detail and focus on service excellence.
What You Will Do in This Role:
• Service Support: Assist waiters/waitresses in preparing the restaurant and attending to guests during service.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and restaurant areas.
• Team Cooperation: Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Maintaining Standards: Help uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols.
