• Assistance and Information: You will provide useful information about hotel services and attend to any nocturnal guest inquiries.
• Supervision and Coordination: You will work closely with other departments and ensure the hotel operates smoothly during the night.
• Billing and Night Audit: You will be responsible for billing, payment management, and reviewing daily transactions to ensure record accuracy.
• Incident Management: You will resolve any problems or emergencies that may arise during the night quickly and effectively.
