What We Are Looking for in You:
• Experience and Skills: At least 3 years of previous experience as a Maitre d’ or in similar roles within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Leadership and Customer Focus: Proven ability to lead teams and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both the team and guests in English and French.
• Organization and Management: Strong skills in organizing and coordinating dining room service efficiently.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Service Management: You will supervise and coordinate dining room service to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Training and Development: You will train and motivate the team to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
• Customer Relations: You will build positive relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintaining Standards: You will ensure that cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols are consistently upheld.
