Best Hotels is looking for Chefs for its hotel in Salou.
Main functions:
• Customer service.
• Support in all kitchen items.
• Monitoring compliance with the menu established by Central Best Hotels.
• Control and management of HACCP manual records
• Ensure food hygiene and safety.
Previous experience:
• 1 to 2 years as a cook in holiday hotels.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in hotels.
Technical skills:
• Specific training in cooking.
• Language: Spanish.
Differential competences:
• Ability to organize, prepare and manage kitchen tasks.
Other requirements:
• Good presence.
• Kindness and cordial treatment with the client.
• Flexible hours.
• Residence in the area (preferable).
