We Are Looking for a Bars Manager

Profile We Are Looking For:
• Proven Experience: At least 3 years as a Bars Manager or Head of Bars in holiday hotels or high-volume establishments.
• Education: Studies in Hospitality, Catering, or Food & Beverage Management.
• Operational Management: Experience in cost control, recipe costing, inventory management, and purchasing planning.
• Languages: Upper-intermediate level of English required; additional languages will be valued.
• Management Tools: Experience using POS systems and control and reporting tools.
Professional Competencies:
• Team Leadership: Ability to coordinate, train, and motivate large teams.
• Results-Oriented: Focus on profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Planning and Organization: Effective management of shifts, peak service times, and resources.
• Decision-Making: Confidence and agility in handling operational incidents.
• Service Excellence: Commitment to high standards of quality and guest service.
Main Responsibilities:
• Bars Area Management: Oversee and coordinate all beverage outlets within the hotel.
• Staff Management: Organize shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Financial Control: Supervise costs, purchasing, inventories, and resource optimization.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Guest Service: Handle incidents and monitor guest satisfaction.
