• Education: Specific qualification in electricity, plumbing, and/or industrial refrigeration.
• Technical Knowledge: Electricity, plumbing, HVAC systems, and swimming pool maintenance/operation.
• IT Skills: User-level computer skills.
• Languages: Spanish and English.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful person with the ability to react quickly to incidents.
• Customer-Oriented: Friendly attitude and good customer service skills.
