Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra and the Dominican Republic, is looking for Waiters/Waitresses and Waiter/Waitress Assistants in the Costa Ballena area of Chipiona.

FUNCTIONS:
• Impeccable customer service.
• Setting tables in buffet restaurants and à la carte restaurants. Bar service.
• Proper dismantling and cleaning.
• Taking orders and serving drinks.
• Develop customer service and support activities.
• Prepare and maintain the work area, equipment and utensils in good condition to provide a quality service.
• Execute the various billing and collection processes.
• Supervision of the material.
• Receiving, storing and distributing raw materials.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Formal education: Graduate in ESO or Intermediate or Higher Level Vocational Training Module in Restoration.
• Additional training: Occupational training courses such as "Restaurant/Bar Waiter" or "Restaurant/Bar Operations". Food handler's certificate.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience.
• Time availability.
• Languages: Intermediate level English for the hospitality industry (other languages will be valued, preferably German).
• Excellent customer service skills. Responsible, empathetic, proactive person with a great attitude and commitment.
• Friendliness, interpersonal skills, decisiveness, initiative, auditory memory, organization, and neatness.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety at work.
