Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra and the Dominican Republic, is selecting a Second Maitre for its Hotels on the Almería Coast.
OFFER DESCRIPTION:
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Customer service.
• Organize Department Schedules
• Train the staff.
• Support all items in your department.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in Hotels.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Specific training related to the job position.
• Languages: Spanish/English.
• Computing: at the user level.
DIFFERENTIATION COMPETENCIES
• Must be accustomed to preparing, organizing and managing all hotel operations.
• Business approach to business, costs, budgets, orders, inventories, staff management, dialogue and negotiation skills with a focus on results and objectives.
