Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of the Restaurant / Bar team.
• Customer service.
• Support in the organization and planning of the service.
• Assistance in the different restaurant services and ensuring their proper operation.
• Work performance at bar counters.
• Attend to customer needs and resolve issues.
• Supervise cleanliness and daily APPCC controls.
• Assist customers with intolerances and allergies.
• Supervision and control of cash registers.
• Order and inventory control.
• Replace the department manager in their absence.
• Training of staff under their responsibility.

Experience:

• At least 2 years in a similar position in large-volume hotels.
• Professional category: middle management.

Requirements: 

• Minimum qualification: Higher or intermediate vocational training in Hospitality.
• Specific training related to restaurant and bar service.
• Languages: English required at a level sufficient to handle customer requests.
• Other languages will be valued, preferably German.
• IT skills at user level.
