What We’re Looking for in You:
• Education and Experience: One year of previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but the most important thing is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
• Languages: Fluent English for smooth conversations. Other languages are a plus.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, proactive, and always willing to help.
• Organization and Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Autonomy and Responsibility: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the night shift.
What You Will Do in This Role:
• Customer Service: You will be the first impression of the hotel, welcoming and assisting guests with kindness and professionalism.
• Check-in and Check-out Management: You will efficiently register guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Information and Assistance: You will provide information about the hotel, services, schedules, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Reservation Management: You will review, modify, and confirm reservations, ensuring proper room availability.
• Billing and Payments: You will handle payments, issue invoices, and perform administrative tasks related to guest stays.
• Coordination with Other Departments: You will communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Incident Resolution: You will address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues efficiently and empathetically.
• Security Supervision: You will ensure the hotel’s safety, making sure rules and protocols are followed.
