What We Are Looking For in You:
• Education and Experience: Previous experience of at least one year in a similar position is an advantage, but the most important thing is your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
• Languages: Good command of English to maintain a fluent conversation. Additional languages are a plus.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, proactive person who is always willing to help.
• Organization and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Autonomy and Responsibility: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the night shift.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Guest Service: You will be the first impression of the hotel, welcoming and assisting guests with friendliness and professionalism.
• Check-in and Check-out Management: You will efficiently handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Information and Assistance: Provide information about the hotel, services, schedules, and local attractions to enhance the guests’ stay.
• Reservation Management: Review, modify, and confirm reservations while ensuring proper room availability.
• Billing and Payments: Handle payments, issue invoices, and perform administrative tasks related to guest stays.
• Coordination with Other Departments: Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Incident Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or issues efficiently and with empathy.
• Security Supervision: Ensure the safety and calm atmosphere of the hotel, making sure rules and protocols are followed.
