We are looking for a Reception Assistant at Best Jacaranda!

What We Are Looking For in You:
• Education and Experience: Prior experience of at least one year in hotel reception or customer service (valued).
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
• Languages: Proficiency in English to maintain a fluent conversation. Other languages are a plus.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly, proactive, and service-oriented person.
• Organization and Multitasking: Ability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining service quality.
• Flexibility: Availability to work the afternoon shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Responsibility: Commitment to service quality and the hotel's image.
What You Will Do in This Role:
• Reception and Welcome: You will be one of the main points of contact for our guests during the afternoon shift, ensuring professional and attentive service.
• Check-in and Check-out Management: You will process arrivals and departures efficiently and cordially.
• Assistance and Information: You will provide information about hotel services and city recommendations.
• Internal Coordination: You will work in collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Administrative Management: Support with billing, payments, and reservation management.
• Resolution of Incidents: You will attend to and resolve any needs or incidents that may arise during the afternoon shift.
