What We Seek in You:

• Technical Experience: Previous experience in facility maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments.
• Knowledge in: Electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, carpentry or general maintenance.
• Proactivity: Ability to identify and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Teamwork: Good communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and other departments.

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities.
• Equipment Overhaul: Inspect, repair and maintain technical equipment such as boilers, electrical and air conditioning systems.
• Operational Support: Addressing incidents reported by clients or internal departments quickly and efficiently.
• Monitoring of Regulations: Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Facility Maintenance: Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the hotel's common areas and rooms.
