What We Search for in You:
• Education and Experience: Consolidated experience in hotel management, preferably in high-volume holiday or urban hotels.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic Vision: Result-oriented profile, with analytical capacity and a focus on business profitability.
• Revenue Management: Knowledge of sales management, forecasting, and hotel revenue optimization.
• Customer Orientation: Passion for service excellence and for ensuring memorable experiences for guests.
• Operational Management: Global knowledge of hotel operations and ability to coordinate different departments.
• Languages: High level of Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued.
• Flexibility and Adaptation: Availability to adapt to the operational needs of the establishment.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Comprehensive Hotel Management: You will lead the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
• Commercial and Revenue Supervision: You will supervise sales forecasts and implement Revenue Management policies to maximize the hotel's profitability.
• Customer Service: You will ensure guest satisfaction, guaranteeing an excellent experience and resolving incidents effectively.
• Operational Control: You will supervise the control of reservations, billing, and general operation of the hotel.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: You will coordinate the different departments ensuring fluid communication and efficient service.
• Economic Management: You will control budgets, costs, and economic results of the establishment.
• Administrative Management: You will sign invoices and supervise the administrative and operational procedures of the hotel.
• Team Management: You will lead, motivate, and supervise the hotel staff, collaborating with the labor department in the management of labor movements.
• Reporting: You will report periodically to the Area Manager and the General Manager on the operational and financial performance of the hotel.
• Quality and Procedures: You will ensure that all services and departments comply with the procedures and quality standards established by the company.
