Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of the Bar team.
• Customer service and incident resolution.
• Support in the organization and planning of the service.
• Assistance in the different Bar services and ensuring their proper operation.
• Strong command of cocktail making.
• À la carte restaurant service.
• Supervision of cleanliness and daily APPCC controls.
• Assistance to guests with intolerances and allergies.
• Supervision and control of cash registers.
• Order and inventory control.
• Training of staff under their responsibility.

Experience:

• Experience: At least 2 years in a similar position in large-volume hotels.
• Professional category: Department Head.

Requirements: 

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Hospitality.
• Specific training: Related to restaurant and bar service.
• Knowledge: Cocktail making and/or mixology.
• Languages: English required at an operational level. Other languages will be valued, preferably German.
• IT skills: User level.
