THIRD-PARTY MANAGER – SERENADE PUNTA CANA
At Serenade Punta Cana by Best Hotels, we are looking to incorporate a Third-Party Manager to be part of our team and contribute to the proper management, monitoring, and evaluation of our external suppliers and partners.
We are looking for someone with experience in third-party management, negotiation skills, organization, and a results-oriented mindset.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Third-Party Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the relationship with various suppliers and third parties, ensuring compliance with established agreements and maintaining appropriate quality and service standards.
What will you do in this position?
• Evaluation and selection of suppliers.
• Negotiation of prices, terms, and agreements.
• Monitoring and control of contracts.
• Periodic evaluation of supplier performance.
• Control and follow-up of potential non-compliances.
• Preparation of reports related to suppliers.
• Management and follow-up of incidents and complaints.
• Supervision of the relationship with third parties to ensure compliance with established agreements.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or related fields.
• Advanced English.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position or similar positions.
• Experience in supplier management and evaluation.
• Knowledge of price and terms negotiation.
• Ability to monitor contracts and performance.
• Organization, analysis, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve incidents and complaints.
• Focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
