MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Reporting to the Department Head, they will be responsible for the following actions: • Taking orders and serving drinks.
• Prepare and maintain the work area, equipment and utensils in good condition to be able to offer quality service to the customer.
• Correct clearing and cleaning.
• Serve the customer ensuring excellent service.
• Order and cleanliness of the workplace and the machinery used throughout the working day.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in hotels.
REQUIRED TRAINING:
• Specific training in hospitality will be valued.
• Intermediate level of hospitality English required.
DIFFERENTIAL COMPETENCES:
• Customer service skills.
• Customer-oriented, decisive and enthusiastic person.
• Communicative person with great capacity for teamwork.
