Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra and the Dominican Republic, is selecting Housekeeping Staff, in the category of WAITER/WAITRESS for its Hotel in Benalmádena.
FUNCTIONS:
• Carry out the cleaning of the hotel's common areas (restaurant, reception, bars, outdoor areas, etc…)
• Perform cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, restocking of supplies, amenities, and linen changes. Distinguishing between rooms being vacated and those occupied, in accordance with hotel policies.
• Report any faults detected during your work to the Governor.
• Collect and temporarily safeguard forgotten items until they are handed over to the Governor.
• Perform and maintain the cleaning and order of the office.
• Attend to customer requests quickly, efficiently and courteously, or provide them with the information they require about other services offered by the hotel (restaurant hours, cafeteria, etc.)
• Perform tasks related to lingerie and laundry.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in hotels.
• Dynamic, highly assertive and decisive person, responsible, empathetic, proactive, with a great attitude and commitment.
• Friendliness, organization, cleanliness and neatness.
• Occupational health and safety.
