Manager for Hotels on the Almeria Coast

Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra and the Dominican Republic, selects GOBERNANTA for its hotels located on the Almería Coast.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Team coordination and supervision.
• Organization and planning of the service.
• Assisting with the different department services and ensuring their proper functioning.
• Attend to customer needs and problem resolution.
• Training of staff under your supervision.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is required.

REQUIRED TRAINING:
• Qualification: High School Diploma.
• Courses: Customer Service, Occupational Risks, Basic Computing and Assistant Housekeeper.
• Experience in a similar role in high-volume hotels.
• Leadership skills.
• Intermediate level of English for the hospitality industry required.
• Other languages will be considered.
• Leadership, motivation and team development skills.
• Responsible, dynamic, empathetic person with a great attitude.
• Good appearance.
• Time availability.
