What We Seek in You:
• Experience and Skills: 3 years of previous experience as a Maitre or in similar roles in the hotel industry is essential.
• Leadership and Customer Focus: Proven ability to lead teams and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the team and guests in English and French.
• Organization and Management: Ability to organize and coordinate the dining service efficiently.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Service Management: You will supervise and coordinate the dining room service to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Training and Development: You will train and motivate the team to maintain service and hospitality standards.
• Customer Relations: You will establish positive relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintaining Standards: You will ensure that standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols are maintained.
