Best hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra and the Dominican Republic, is looking for a SECOND MAINTENANCE MANAGER for its Hotel Best Jacaranda, located in Costa Adeje (Tenerife).
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Carry out maintenance processes, both corrective and preventive.
• Ensure the correct maintenance of the work equipment and facilities of the hotel.
• Ensure the perfect sanitary condition of the facilities.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
• At least 2 years of experience in areas related to facilities maintenance, plumbing, electricity in similar positions.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Knowledge of swimming pool use.
• Knowledge of electricity, plumbing and air conditioning.
• Training: Specific qualification related to electricity, plumbing and/or industrial refrigeration.
• IT: user level.
DIFFERENTIATING SKILLS:
• Resolute person with the ability to improvise quickly.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Kindness.
• Good customer service.
• Residence in the area.
