Best Hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra and the Dominican Republic, selects a buffet chef for its Hotel Best Jacaranda, located in Costa Adeje (Tenerife)
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Follow the head chef's instructions.
• Prepare the buffet for the correct functioning of the service.
• Clean the corresponding areas.
• Follow the guidelines established by the buffet procedures manual. • Take care of all the details before, during and after the service and be attentive to the needs of the diners during the service.
• Collect, organize, store, clean and maintain in good condition the materials and utensils used in the service.
