WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR REVENUE AND DISTRIBUTION TECHNICIAN – BEST HOTELS HEADQUARTERS
At Best Hotels, we are looking to incorporate a person to join our Headquarters team, providing support in Revenue and Distribution.
We are looking for an analytical, organized, proactive profile with a desire to learn, who wants to develop their professional career in the field of Revenue Management and hotel distribution.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?
• Preparation of reports and data analysis related to the commercial activity of the hotels.
• Daily monitoring of sales, occupancy, and booking trends.
• Support in the preparation of demand and occupancy forecasts.
• Support in the management and updating of rates.
• Monitoring of online distribution and main sales channels.
• Control and review of the correct loading of prices and availability.
• Analysis of production by markets, channels, and segments.
• Collaboration with the Commercial, Marketing, and Operations departments.
• Participation in process improvement and revenue optimization projects.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
• University degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or other related degrees.
• Previous experience in Revenue Management is not necessary.
• Internships or up to 2 years of experience in sectors related to tourism, data analysis, marketing, or customer service will be valued.
• Analytical capacity and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive person with planning skills.
• Desire to learn and develop professionally in the field of Revenue Management and hotel distribution.
• Ability to adapt and ease of working with data.
• Results-oriented and ability to work in a team.
• Good command of Excel and ease of working with computer tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI, PMS, Channel Manager, or hotel distribution tools will be valued.
• Catalan and Spanish.
• Intermediate-high level of English.
