What We Look for in You:
• Education and Experience: 2 years of previous experience in a similar position, but most importantly, your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
• Languages: Proficiency in English to be able to maintain a conversation with customers. Other languages are a plus.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly, proactive person who is always willing to help.
• Organization and Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility: Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Food Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes according to Best Hotels' standards.
• Recipe Compliance: You will follow established recipes and techniques to ensure consistency in dish quality.
• Quality Control: You will participate in the inspection of ingredients to ensure their freshness and quality before preparation.
• Teamwork: You will collaborate with other kitchen team members to maintain an efficient workflow and clear communication.
• Cleaning and Hygiene: You will maintain cleaning and sanitization standards according to food safety regulations.
