What We Look for in You:
• Education: Minimum required: High School diploma (Bachillerato).
• Training: Preferred courses in Customer Service, Occupational Risk Prevention, Basic IT, and Housekeeping Supervision.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position, ideally in high-volume holiday hotels.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Languages: Intermediate level of English (hospitality context). Additional languages are a plus.
• Professional Profile: Responsible, organized, empathetic, with a positive attitude and a professional appearance.
• Availability: Flexible schedule and availability to adapt to operational needs.
Your Main Responsibilities:
• Team Supervision: Coordinate and oversee the housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed properly.
• Service Organization: Support the planning and execution of room cleaning, public areas, and laundry services.
• Customer Service: Attend to guest needs and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a service-oriented attitude.
• Deputizing Role: Take charge of the department in the absence of the head housekeeper.
• Training and Development: Assist in the continuous training of the team to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Quality Control: Ensure all cleaning and maintenance standards are met across the hotel’s facilities.
