What We Are Looking for in You:
• Experience and Technical Skills: Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in hotels or similar environments.
• Multi-Skilled Knowledge: Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC systems, basic masonry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and resolve breakdowns efficiently and independently.
• Organization and Responsibility: Ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in an organized manner.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts and respond to urgent maintenance incidents when required.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other hotel departments.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: You will carry out general maintenance tasks in hotel facilities, guest rooms, and common areas.
• Fault Detection and Repair: You will identify and repair technical faults to ensure the proper functioning of installations.
• Facilities Monitoring: You will oversee the condition of equipment, machinery, and technical installations.
• Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and occupational risk prevention policies.
• Internal Coordination: You will collaborate with other departments to support the hotel’s operational needs.
