We Are Looking for an Assistant Bar Manager

What We Are Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or as a Bar Supervisor in hotels or food & beverage establishments.
• Education: Qualification in Hospitality, Catering, or a related field (preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Bar management, stock and inventory control, cost control, menu engineering, and food safety regulations.
• Languages: Intermediate level of English (additional languages will be an asset).
• IT Skills: Experience using POS systems and basic management tools.

• Leadership and Support: Ability to support the Bar Manager in coordinating and supervising the team.
• Customer-Oriented Mindset: Strong service focus and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Organization: Efficient management of shifts and resources.

• Commitment: Responsible and focused on maintaining quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
• Operational Support: Assist the Bar Manager in the daily management of all bar outlets.
• Team Coordination: Supervise staff in the absence of the department manager.
• Stock Control: Support order management, inventory control, and cost monitoring.
• Quality and Service: Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
• Guest Service: Handle incidents and ensure a positive guest experience.
