What We Are Looking For in You:
• Experience and Technical Knowledge: Previous experience in maintenance positions, preferably in hotels, buildings, tourist facilities, or similar.
• Leadership Capacity: Ability to coordinate, organize, and supervise the work of the maintenance team.
• Multidisciplinary Knowledge: Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, and general facilities of a hotel establishment.
• Organization and Planning: Ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance, prioritizing incidents according to their importance and urgency.
• Problem-Solving Orientation: A proactive, autonomous person capable of acting quickly in the face of technical incidents.
• Prevention and Safety: Commitment to compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and internal procedures.
• Teamwork: Ability to coordinate with the different hotel departments and ensure an effective response to their needs.
What Will You Do in This Role?
• Maintenance Management: You will supervise and coordinate the preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of the hotel's facilities and equipment.
• Team Coordination: You will organize and supervise the work of the maintenance team, distributing tasks and following up on incidents.
• Facility Supervision: You will ensure the proper functioning and conservation of the hotel's facilities, equipment, and common areas.
• Incident Management: You will detect, prioritize, and resolve technical incidents that may affect the operation of the establishment or the comfort of our guests.
• Coordination with Suppliers: You will manage and supervise, when necessary, interventions carried out by external companies and specialized technical services.
• Control and Monitoring: You will monitor maintenance activities and collaborate in the control of materials, tools, and replacement needs.
• Prevention and Safety: You will ensure compliance with safety procedures, risk prevention, and regulations applicable to the hotel facilities.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: You will work jointly with Management and the different hotel departments to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities.
