What We’re Looking for in You:
• Education and Experience: Background in Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a labor department, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of labor laws, collective agreements, Social Security registrations and deregistrations, payroll, contracts, and severance documents.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Excel, labor ERP systems (such as A3, Meta4, NominaPlus, or similar), and platforms like SILTRA and Contrat@.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous, organized, and analytical individual.
• Communication Skills: Strong document management skills and clear communication with employees and public administrations.
• Teamwork: Proactive, discreet, committed, and able to work in coordination with other departments.
What You’ll Do in This Role:
• Labor Administration Management: Draft contracts, extensions, terminations, registrations, severances, and other labor-related documentation.
• Relations with Official Bodies: Handle and follow up on documentation with Social Security, SEPE, mutual insurance companies, and other entities.
• Support to the HR Department: Assist with attendance control, payroll incidents, and personnel management.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with current labor laws and applicable collective agreements.
• Document Filing and Management: Keep employee files and labor databases updated.
• Employee Support: Address labor-related questions from staff and support onboarding or offboarding processes.
