We Are Looking for an E-commerce & Integrations Technician – Hospitality Sector
Location: Head Offices in Salou

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented professional to join our E-commerce & Integrations Department. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will actively collaborate in managing online distribution, connecting new sales channels, and optimizing digital processes.
Main Responsibilities:
• Incident Management: Daily handling of booking-related issues.
• Integrations: Support in connecting new clients and distribution channels.
• Channel Mapping: Maintenance of mappings between sales channels and the PMS.
• Rate Loading: Uploading and managing rates and availability across online distribution channels.
• Process Optimization: Support in improving digital processes and operational efficiency.
Previous Experience:
• Experience (1–2 years) in similar roles or in reservations departments, incoming agencies, bed banks, or digital environments will be valued.
• Junior profiles without direct experience will also be considered if they have relevant education, a proactive attitude, and strong motivation to grow in hotel e-commerce.
• Knowledge and experience with channel managers, especially Dingus, will be valued.
Education and Knowledge:
• University degree or diploma in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of online hotel distribution: PMS, channel managers, and extranets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Upper-intermediate level of English (mandatory).
• Additional languages will be valued.
Digital Competencies:
• Strong command of technological tools and ability to adapt to new software.
• Analytical skills and data-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of digital environments and online platforms.
• Experience with channel managers (especially Dingus), hotel extranets, or other distribution tools will be valued.
