What We Are Looking for in You:
• Experience and Skills: Previous experience as an Assistant Maitre d’ or in similar roles within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Leadership and Customer Focus: Proven ability to lead teams and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both the team and guests in multiple languages (please specify required languages).
• Organization and Management: Strong skills in organizing and coordinating dining room service efficiently.
• Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Service Supervision: You will support the Maitre d’ in supervising and coordinating dining room service to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Training and Development: You will assist in training and motivating the team to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
• Customer Relations: You will build positive relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintaining Standards: You will help ensure that standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols are upheld.
