What We Are Looking For in You:
• Experience: Previous experience as a pizza chef or in a similar kitchen section.
• Technical Knowledge: Dough preparation, fermentation processes, hand stretching techniques, and oven control.
• Organization: Ability to work in a clean and organized manner, following quality standards.
• Teamwork: Good coordination with the rest of the kitchen team.
• Speed and Efficiency: Ability to work under pressure during high-volume service.
• Commitment: Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.

What Will You Do in This Role?
• Pizza Preparation: Prepare dough, toppings, and bake pizzas according to hotel standards.
• Mise en Place: Organize and prepare ingredients before service.
• Quality Control: Ensure presentation, flavor, and quality of each dish.
• Stock Management: Monitor and properly store raw materials.
• Cleanliness and Order: Maintain your work area in excellent condition.
